Two impeachable offenses YOU should worry about.
Bush signed into law a bill that was never passed by Congress. Even the complacent Republicans weren't required to vote on this huge budget-cuts-for-the-poor, which would slash $2 billion from programs such as Medicare and student loans.

But even "passing" laws is no guarantee that anyone in the White House gives a damn. When Bush signed the much-debated reauthorization of the Patriot Act, he simply said he did not feel obligated to obey requirements that he inform Congress on how he would use it. The law is clear, and Bush is breaking the law.

These are two examples of an unconstitutional power grab from a desperate presidency, and the conservative news media is only covering Republican-approved stories. Both are impeachable offenses, two among many shameful examples. Where is the outrage?
