Post Employment Restrictions for Census Enumerator

I took my first training class for the 2010 Census. In the sheaf of paper is this, the third of three similar:

Post Employment Restrictions under 18 U.S.C. 207

"3. A one year bar on using nonpublic information regarding an ongoing trade or treaty negotiation."

It is my understanding that trade and treaty negotiations are not a large part of the Census Enumerator position. Nonetheless, the law is the law.

If you observe me failing to provide nonpublic information regarding an ongoing trade or treaty negotiation, you will understand why. Wait until next year.
