After some discussion, I'm going to make the subject a bit more generic:
Step Lively, The Jack LaLanne Memorial CD Exchange.
Goal: Choose songs you work out to, or would work out to if you worked out, or simply songs that get your body a-moving. Work that groove thang. What gets your feet in gear? Could be songs about exercise, songs that get you through a workout, or simply fast songs that make you step lively as you walk hither and thither.
Reminder of the tradition: Say here or on the announcement on FB that you're in, and you're in. You make as many copies of your CD as there are participants, and trade off whenever you meet. This is generally between a half-dozen and dozen, but can vary considerably.
